The workshop on “Introduction to ICT Based Teaching and Learning Tools”

The workshop on “Introduction to ICT Based Teaching and Learning Tools” held on September 6, 2023, proved to be a resounding success. With esteemed resource persons Dr. E.M.U.W.J.B. Ekanayake and Mr. T.I. Perera leading the session, the event attracted 19 enthusiastic participants.

The workshop covered a comprehensive range of topics, including an in-depth introduction to Virtual Learning Environments (VLE), effective utilization of Zoom for remote teaching, and harnessing the power of Google Classroom for seamless online education. Additionally, participants gained valuable insights into networking fundamentals and received a solid foundation in general Information Technology.

Dr. Ekanayake and Mr. Perera’s expertise and engaging delivery captivated the audience, ensuring an interactive and enriching learning experience for all. Attendees left with a heightened proficiency in utilizing ICT tools for teaching and learning.
